Attorney Rick Rogers’ expertise has been called upon to assist other firms and organizations, including HUD in evaluating potential loan modifications. The Illinois State Attorney’s Office has also solicited the opinion and advise of Mr. Rogers regarding the development or alteration of state laws effecting homeowners.

Recently his law firm, with representatives from both HUD and the states attorney’s office, by invitation from the Village of Waukegan spoke before struggling homeowners.
