 Rick Rogers is a nationally recognized expert in the areas of HAMP, Loan Modification, and NPV analysis. He has lectured across the country and trained attorneys on modification procedures and NPV testing. He has also provided NPV Tests and Expert Affidavits used in foreclosure defense cases nationwide. Rick graduated from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1986, and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. He holds an MBA from Drake University and a BS from Elmhurst College. He is a member of The National Association of Consumer Advocates, The National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys, The National Association of Realtors and Realtor Association of North West Chicagoland, and has been an active Real Estate Broker for over 20 years. Since 2003, his law and real estate practice has been devoted exclusively to mortgage default and foreclosure matters. Although the NPV Test is new to most attorneys, Rick has been using and teaching others how to use NPV Tests for over 20 years. Since 2009, the NPV Test has become a critical piece of the Loan Modification landscape, and Rick’s academic and work experience are perfectly aligned to provide distressed homeowners with a vital NPV Test advantage. |
 George Olsen is co-author of the Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Law. There is no better person to have on your Foreclosure Defense Team than the one that wrote the law! George heads the Foreclosure Defense litigation group with over 20 years of experience in Mortgage Foreclosure law. George is a former Partner at the International Law Firm of Baker & McKenzie. He is admitted to practice before the IL Supreme Court, the WI Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court. He holds a BS from the University of Illinois, an MA from Chapman College and a JD from DePaul University College of Law, where he was the Law Review Editor-in-Chief. He served as Captain in the US Air Force and is a Vietnam Veteran. |
 Margaret Cahill is a member of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. She holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, an LLM from Georgetown Law Center and a BA from Marquette University. Since 1985 Margaret's practice has been concentrated in the area of residential real estate, loan modification, foreclosure defense, and bankruptcy. Here at Rogers Law Group, she heads the Short Sale and Real Estate Closing areas. Margaret has taught the real estate licensing class and speaks fluent Spanish. |
Diane Brazen Gordonreceived her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana in 1983, and her law degree from the University of Iowa, College of Law in 1985. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Illinois. Ms. Gordon serves as Vice-Chair of the Bankruptcy Committee, ABA Section of Family Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Federal Trial Bar of the Northern District of Illinois.  David Money Is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, a MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BS from Babson College. He has been working in the residential mortgage industry since 1998 and his practice today focuses primarily on Real Estate Tax Appeals, HAMP, Loan modification, and NPV analysis. |
