What You Can Expect From Your Free Consultation

You will want to set aside about 2 hours for your consultation. You will meet with an attorney and a trained paralegal who will complete a thorough financial analysis with you to determine all of the options available. The attorney will discuss and explain the types of modifications you may qualify for, the benefits of bankruptcy to your financial situation, whether mediation is an option, and/or defenses which may be raised in your foreclosure case. We will discuss alternatives if you do not intend or cannot afford to keep the property. We will let you know if we believe we can help or not.

Legal Representation

There is no obligation to hire The Rogers Law Group to represent you after an initial consultation and there will be no sales pressure to do so. The Rogers Law Group is not obligated to represent you until and unless you become a client by signing a client agreement and making payment according to the signed client agreement. Please note: an initial consultation does not constitute legal representation.

Consultations are by appointment only.

What to bring with you:

  • Proof of Income
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Foreclosure Papers
  • List of Monthly Expenses

We will send you an e-mail confirming your appointment, along with a list of things to bring and some basic directions to our office.

Attorney Availability

Our clients are very important to us. So, to ensure that each client receives the attention and dedication they deserve, attorneys typically take phone calls and visits by appointment. Most likely, your request can be accommodated on the same day, but please speak with our administrative assistant or the paralegal assigned to your file before stopping by to see an attorney.
